The Issue
The Giants Club, a conservation initiative launched by the Presidents of Gabon, Kenya, Uganda and Botswana and implemented by Space for Giants, aims to protect elephants and their habitats across Africa. Our team was engaged to raise international awareness, secure stakeholder support and generate funding for the initiative.

The Approach
Our initial focus was the Giants Club’s inaugural summit hosted by the President of Kenya, Uhuru Kenyatta. Working closely with the implementation charity and Kenyan government departments, we delivered a strategic PR and media campaign to position the summit as a landmark moment for global elephant conservation. The campaign also included ongoing communications, high-level donor engagement and the global social media initiative March for Giants.

The Outcome
The campaign secured global media coverage across outlets including BBC, CNN, Reuters, The New York Times and the Daily Mail, reaching an estimated 854 million people worldwide. The initiative generated $5 million in funding pledges and significantly strengthened international support for elephant conservation.
