The Issue
We were contracted by the Uganda Tourism Board to develop and launch a new destination marketing brand that would refresh the country’s image and position Uganda as a vibrant, diverse, and must-visit destination in Africa.

The Approach
We designed a cost-efficient toolkit covering six key phases: brand identity creation, website development, social media management, media production, press trips, and a high-impact launch event. Working closely with the Tourism Board, we ensured the new brand captured Uganda’s rich natural beauty, cultural depth, and adventure appeal.
